Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by email within this period.
Return Eligibility & Costs
- If the return is due to damage in transit or a significant error in our description, we will cover the return postage cost up to £15.
- For postage valued over £15, we will only reimburse return postage costs up to a reasonable amount for standard tracked shipping. Any additional costs for premium shipping services or enhanced delivery options must be covered by the buyer.
- For change-of-mind returns or buyer mistakes, the buyer is responsible for covering the return postage cost. We also reserve the right to deduct the initial outbound postage cost from your refund when a return is made for these reasons. This includes cases where Free UK Postage was offered, as postage costs are factored into the sale price.
Refund Process
- Once the item is returned, we will conduct a full inspection to ensure it is in the same condition as dispatched.
- If the item is in its original condition, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt.
- If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce or withhold a refund accordingly.
- Buyers must ensure that returned items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Faulty or Not as Described Items
- If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- In such cases, we will cover the return postage cost as outlined above.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or may be quoted separately based on destination and parcel size.
Import Taxes & Customs Duties
Buyers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and may vary depending on local regulations. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or refusals caused by customs authorities.
Restricted Destinations
We reserve the right to decline international orders to countries where delivery is unreliable, excessively delayed, or restricted due to customs regulations or courier limitations.
Risk & Responsibility
Once an item is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the buyer. We ensure all items are securely packaged and shipped using tracked services. In the rare event of loss or damage during international transit, we will assist in claiming through the courier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement beyond what the courier provides.
International Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Return shipping must be agreed upon in advance.
