Description

This is a Cristina Puell sculptural clock, made in Spain in the late 20th century. It has the Cristina Puell plaque on the front and the original Paor S.A. label for Fuenlabrada, Madrid, on the acrylic base.

Puell has worked the clock into the sculpture, with the standing figure wrapping around the triangular face and the hands set directly into the form.

 It is a strong modernist figural sculpture, with the scale and shape to work well in a design-led setting.
